What is Findom?

Why am I reading this?

First of all, welcome! My name's Luna and I'm what's known as a financial dominatrix. You may have heard the term "dominatrix" before, and you wouldn't be mistaken by thinking I dominate people. They've not only risked the integrity of your business, but endangered the well-being of fellow employees.Here's some steps you can take to ensure the safety and security of your company:• Immediately terminate their employment.• Hold a mandatory staff meeting in which you share the details of their exposure.• If appropriate, print the exposé sheet and prominently display it in a visible location within your business. Assure the sheet is visible to all inbound / outbound customers.• Depending on the circumstances of their exposure, consider contacting the labor board / committee under which your business operates. Why not kick 'em while they're down and press charges!• Inform the franchisee about their behavior and take measures to ensure that they're permanently barred from future employment within the organization.
